My experience with the doctor was very good! However, the front desk/check-in experience was not good. There were long, complicated conversations taking place at the desk between the staff and patients that meant I could not check in or be acknowledged or start my stack of paperwork. Those conversations that can be heard by most of the front lobby should be handled in private and patients should not have to wait/stand in line to be checked-in. I also had to wait 35 minutes to be put in a room and I assume that is because you set 15 minute visits which is not long enough.
