Great care Short wait

I really love Patricia. I recently saw her for Botox for the first time at 52yrs old. She made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I absolutely love the results! I look and feel so refreshed. I’m so glad that I finally decided to do it, and I already have my next appointment scheduled with Patricia.

Great experience with the medical team! The front desk receptionist who checked me out wasn’t the kindest. I tried to explain my insurance benefits listed on my card, but she wasn’t open to listening. My card states not to collect at time of service. I tried explaining I always get a refund because I overpay. The office has held a credit on my account since 2021 instead of sending me a refund, which was the point I was trying to make about paying today. I do love this practice and recommend the medical team!
