Derek Sheen, MD is a fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon specializing exclusively in aesthetic surgery of the face and neck.
He completed his residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where he trained in high-volume, operative precision, aesthetic sensibility, and an intricate understanding of facial anatomy. This foundation informs a comprehensive and structured approach to facial surgery.
He then completed advanced fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at New York University in New York City, where he trained closely with nationally recognized facial plastic surgeons, including Dr. David Rosenberg, Dr. Matthew White, and Dr. Philip Miller. During this time, he performed a high volume of facial aesthetic procedures, including deep plane facelift and neck lift, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, brow lift, and facial fat grafting.
